There is one main trail at tapeworm, and as you may have guessed, it has lots of twists and turns.  The trails are pretty technical, but you don't have to do a steep climb (like you do at Tiger), and overall it's a fairly short course (about 1 hour ride).  For this reason, it is recommended you are an intermediate rider - however, beginners could be ok too; you might just have to get off of your bike for some spots.

The event will not cost anything if you have your own bike. If you don't have your own bike, then it will be just the bike rental costs. Mountain Bike rentals cost $42 for a pickup by 9 pm on Friday and return by 6 pm on Saturday at Gregg's Cycles in Greenlake. Their phone number is 206-523-1822.
