Hey everyone,
My name is Joshua Stock. I'm the National Director for SFC USA. My friend Floyd and I started SFC here in the States in 2004-2005, and it has grown into ten chapters around the USA. God has been so good! We are excited about building solid Christian communities in mountain towns around the US and using normal people like us to step out and meet people on the hill, build solid positive relationships with people, disciple, minister to and train more people to build and grow and change our communities for Jesus. And of course, we use SHREDDING as our tool.
We have an internship program here in Summit County, COLORADO (home of Keystone Resort, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin) that trains up leaders to learn how to start an SFC and encourages them to start their own chapter at their home mountain. It is a 6-month discipleship/mentoring/hands-on training program that runs the course of the winter season (end of Oct - end of April).

Hey Josh!
Sounds like you have a good thing set in motion. Do you hike? Are you interested in walking up any of the CO 14'ers.
